What is a ТОРГ-12?+

It's the Russian unified goods consignment note (form № 132), used to document the sale and handover of goods between a seller and a buyer. It confirms what was shipped and received.

Which fields does it fill?+

Consignor (with ОКПО), consignee, supplier and payer, the goods table (name, code, unit, quantity, price, VAT), packaging/places/mass, totals, and the release and receipt signature blocks including proxy details.

Is it the same as an invoice or счёт-фактура?+

No. ТОРГ-12 is the primary document for the transfer of goods; a счёт-фактура is the VAT document. A УПД combines both — use our УПД generator if you need one document instead of two.

Is it legally exact?+
